If you're referring to the pineal gland, and if you believe in the ways of our early ancestors, in that "like supports like," then our whole brain extract (w/ pituitary, hypothalamus and pineal tissue) may support pineal gland health. In biological systems, it's rarely one (or) the other that produces results (for good or bad) but rather the combination of diet, lifestyle and behavior. I believe in the ways of our early ancestors to recover and heal our 3rd eye.

SLEEP LIKE OUR EARLY ANCESTORS
- Get morning sun exposure to reach the pineal gland (at the same time everyday) to regulate sleep / wake cycles.
- Earthing... you can do it the old fashioned way or you can use grounding sheets like we do (Google it). We go on barefoot hikes all the time... we use an EMF meter to make sure there are no electrical fields around our bed... we turn off the wifi (actually don't have wifi but you do, so turn it off at night)... put your phone in airplane mode and make sure that there are no electronics (nor lights) anywhere near you.
- Wear UVEX safety goggles at least 2 hours before going to bed... this one is seriously a big deal. They cost $9 and they make all the difference. If you're not going to do anything else, do this!

AVOID DANGER LIKE OUR EARLY ANCESTORS
- Decalcify your pineal gland by avoiding fluoride and chlorine from drinking water, bathing water and all oral health products.
- Avoid danger like our ancestors did (think lions, trans fats, sugars, fluoride, excessive wifi, emfs, vaccines, mercury, toxic people, pollution, non-native water, plastics, non-native clothing (polyester, acrylic, acetate, nylon, etc), non-native bedding, non-native eating and drinking containers, non-native toiletries, non-native smells (perfumes, air fresheners), flame retardants, etc)...

EAT LIKE OUR EARLY ANCESTORS
- Eat a wild caught, organic, pasture-raised ketogenic / paleoish / primal diet; without processed foods.
- Limit all non-whole food calcium supplements... if you want more calcium, get it from whole foods such as Bone Marrow, raw milk and egg shells. 
- Mind your magnesium
- Eat plenty of fermented foods for the vitamin K2... this will usher calcium into the tissues that it actually belongs.

I have been advised by my doctor to consume 1-2oz of animal brain per week. How many capsules of this would be roughly equal to that amount?

Twelve capsules provides the approximate equivalent of one ounce of fresh whole brain that you’d get from your local farmer (or) butcher. With that said, if you're looking to consume 1-2 oz of animal brain per week, then you should consume 12-24 capsules per week (or 2-4 capsules per day). 
   
Our Grass Fed Brain (with liver) is a whole food dietary supplement that provides whole brain extract — including pituitary, hypothalamus, pineal glands in the physiological amounts that exist in harmony with nature. This supplement can be taken with (or) without food (even though it technically is food). The suggested use is 6 capsules a day or as directed by a healthcare professional — for added support, the dose can be doubled. This supplement can be consumed all at once, or divided servings throughout the day.

Microbes... BSE, scrapie and other known TSE’s, do not occur in New Zealand. A national surveillance program is in place to provide TSE monitoring.
