If you need a decent protein shake it fits the bill
It does what it should, I don't refrigerate mine, so I'm sure the flavor is much better when cold. But I think they have better flavors like the chocolate peanut butter.

Great nutrition
I bought the strawberry banana flavor and it’s high in nutrients and the protein I need, but it tastes like toothpaste. I don’t taste the strawberries or bananas.

No comparison--it almost isn't fair!
This brand is my favorite. It has no aftertaste, and 30 grams of carbs makes it pretty unbeatable. Oh yeah! Zero sugar, too! Adding this flavor makes it almost unfair. Try it; you will be happy replacing that lost-age muscle!
