Q: Is White board just the sticky white board attached to red side?

We are not certain what you mean by "sticky" as the surface should not be sticky. It is the white glossy surface side with the purple clips. The clips will hold art paper in place when choosing to draw on paper, which is placed over the white board.

Q: What size paper fits inside? Does 9x12 fit? Thanks!

It comes with a pack of paper. However the white board is 8 1/2 by 12 inches so 9 x 12 would hang over 1/2 inch. We have been using normal copy paper once the original pack was used up.
