Highly recommend
This is a great substitute for regular cane sugar. You can’t tell the difference. It’s a tad bit coarser than white granular sugar but dissolves quickly in coffee. Would highly recommend this product.

Sugar Substitute
I have used this product in the past canning season as a replacement for sugar. Of course, it is not as sweet nor has the same flavor as real sugar. The price is on the high side which makes it a expensive sugar substitute.
