If I could give this product 10 stars I would. I struggle with dryer type hair. It’s been hard for me to grow it past a certain point and a hairstylist once told me that I could never achieve long hair. Taste - deliciousEasy to use - yes because they taste like candyHow are they working - so far, nothing! My nails are still so short and still breaking! I have used other products before (swallow pills), and I have seen results and high hopes for these - half a jar in and nothing except my teen girls like them! However, they don't need them!
