Honestly, I don’t think I can provide a definitive answer yet, as I have only been taking this product for two and a half weeks. I need more time to see how it compares to my previous collagen supplement. However, I am certain that taking collagen is beneficial; even my hairdresser has noticed a change in my hair. For the past year and a half, I used a powdered form mixed into my coffee, but I found that routine becoming monotonous. I usually prefer taking supplements in pill form, so I'm glad I found this option. The only downside is that I have to take four pills a day, which I divide into two in the morning and two at lunch.

Would rate this higher if I could! I have always had brittle nails from nail biting since childhood and dry ends of my fine hair and after about one month of consistent use this has revolutionized them! My hair is longer, stronger, shinier! My nails are so strong and grow so fast that I no longer have to pay to get acrylics!! The grow out was insane to keep up with and they don’t tear on my clothes anymore! Couldn’t be happier!

I have not finished my first bottle, but it appeared to work. I noticed a difference to my skin and hair. I will continue using this product for a while.

Not what I expected didn’t work for me. I took it. I didn’t feel anything different from how I would regular feel. I felt backed up no energy. I just wouldn’t buy this again. That’s all I’m saying I toss the rest of it out Thank you.

The capsules are very easy to swallow, and the product seems to be working. I tried another product that dissolved into coffee or whatever, but it tasted strange, so I like these flavorless capsules better.

This has helped me with my joints and stiffness.
