Definitely works. I’ve been having trouble falling asleep for the past couple weeks. I did wake up once about an hour after they kicked in, because my partner was still up watching tv and I felt like I was on drugs, body felt like I shouldn’t be awake right now. most likely because you’re not supposed to wake up after you take them haha. But did have a good sleep and didn’t wake up groggy in the morning.

This is my first time trying melatonin and these work perfect. I’ve had trouble falling asleep due to PPD and overall PP changes my mind/body has been going through.The gummies are tasty, easy to chew, and I become drowsy within 15-20 minutes. I fall asleep right at the 30 minute mark after taking just 1 gummy, though directions say to take 2.

The dummies taste okay and in the 4 nights I have tried them, have helped me go to sleep quickly. However. I noticed yesterday that I became noticeably sleepy in the afternoon and I have been groggy all day today. My smartwatch indicated I slept 7 hours last night, but I had no minutes of deep sleep. That is unusual for me. When I have taken Advil PM, I consistently was getting one to two hours of deep sleep. Despite this product's good sounding ingredients, I won't continue using it. In general, I never get sleepy in the afternoon, and I believe these gummies are the cause.
