So far so good. I have been taking these for around 3 months and I have not had any illness. I feel that it is boosting my immune system as I've been in situations where I was having lack of sleep, in rooms full of "infected" people yet my immune system has remained strong.I did a blood test health check and my vitals were very strong in general.Some people have complained about the smell, but they just smell like the black seed oil...The size of the capsules are quite big, so if you struggle with this, I would recommend a liquid solution instead. You could probably burst the capsule but the taste wouldn't be great. That being said, I find it easy to swallow, it doesn't float to the top of your mouth with water which is a good thing.I take 1-2 a day and while the benefits are more passive rather than being able to tell, I think they are working as mentioned above, I have not been ill since on these.

I have never taken black seed oil, but decided to try it. I wasn’t expecting anything, I guess the best way to go about it. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve started taking it and for the first time in many many years I finally sleep through the night! I used to wake up around 3am every night and that was exhausting, but it looks like black seed oil doing its magic. I’m leaving the country in a week and just bought some more so I can take it with me. Great product and highly recommended.

I recently ordered this supplement, and I’ve got to say, it’s been an interesting experience! It’s easy to take, and I noticed some effects pretty quickly! Mostly a boost in energy and focus during the day, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The quality seems solid, and it’s convenient to add into my routine.But here’s the wild part, if I take it too close to bedtime, it gives me the craziest dreams with incredible night sweats! I’m talking vivid, movie-like scenes that I can’t even begin to explain. It’s not a bad thing (except the sweats), just unexpected, so I’ve learned to time it earlier in the day to avoid turning my sleep into a psychedelic adventure. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something effective, just watch the clock.. lol!

I’ve been taking these tablets for three months now and can’t say there is a discernible difference in my level of pain and stiffness.My hair seems a bit stronger but thats about it, I’m afraid

Arrived promptly, only been taking for about a week so too early for any benefits to be felt. Slight aftertaste especially if you have a hot drink shortly after.
