So far so good
Been taking this for 4 days now and I can feel and hear a difference Meaning I donāt hear my gut rumbling after eating That in itself is a miracle. Will post again after another two weeks

If at first you donāt succeedā¦
I know my body. And when I change a probiotic it takes time for my stomach to adjust. My stomach usually gets upset, bloated and hurt for a couple weeks when I first start a different probiotic. Well this one is no different for me. Only I just ordered another bottle and itās worse than it was at first. It is not getting better. So I had to stop taking it. I went back to my other more expensive one and Iāll try it again in a week or so. I was really hoping this would be fine for me. I donāt understand why it is taking so long to adjust. It just may not be the one for me but Iām not giving up just yet. Iāll see in a little more time. Hopeful.

Didn't Notice a Significant Difference
I've been taking these probiotics consistently for a few months hoping to improve my gut health, but to be honest, I haven't really felt a noticeable effect. My digestion feels about the same as it did before, and I haven't experienced any significant changes in terms of bloating or overall comfort.It's possible that these just weren't the right strain for me, or perhaps my system didn't require the kind of support they offer. While they were easy enough to take and didn't cause any negative side effects, I personally didn't see the transformative results I was hoping for. Others might have a different experience, but for me, these didn't deliver a noticeable improvement.

Great one and smart ingredients
This has a great amount of Probiotics Cultures and Strains. Love the added ingredients which seem to have helped in a short amount of time. Think Ill stick with this for awhile and see if any other great changes.
