My new favorite
This hot sauce has the right amount of heat if you want to taste the food and not be obsessed with the spice. I tried it alone and it seems pretty hot but put it on something it is not hot and imparts a nice salty taste . You do get a ton of it but I have already made a dent in the first bottle.
