Good product
I like these because they’re higher than most. Using on bar stools at patio to keep bottom ofLegs dry if it rains. You do need to drill a pilot hole first. Now, we’ll do the kitchen chairs for an easy glide!

Doesn't glide smoothly on tiles
it's been a month since I put them on dinning chairs. As others mentioned, the installation is easy with a pilot hole. However, you need to hold it straight, otherwise nail will get band. I have had a few like that but since the pack comes with many, i was able to complete installing them on 6 chairs.I was expecting smooth glide but it's not. However, it better than without having one and have wood directly gets in touch with the tiles.

Works as advertised. Fair price.
We have fairly heavy dining chairs on true wood plank flooring. Been using common self-stick felt pads for years but they don't really stay put and as they age, they gather material that MIGHT scratch the flooring finish no matter how clean we keep it. Decided to try these sliders. After a successful experimental installation on one chair to prove it would not mar our flooring's finish, I installed them on ALL our chairs. It's been a couple of months now, and none have caused any harm AND they are staying put. The installation required drilling holes in the chair legs. The drill bit I used was a tiny bit smaller than the diameter of the nails in the little sliders. This was to assure the nails did not split the chair legs' wood and to make the nails fit tightly in the drilled holes. The felt pads that go between the nylon floor glide and the tip of the chair leg seem to be to help with self-leveling in case your drilled holes are a little off perfectly vertical. Good product. Does what it's advertised to do. easily a fair price for the product. Recommend.

Quality product - just right for tile floors
These chair glides were exactly what I was seeking. I had used felt pads on the bottom of my kitchen table chairs but those wore too quickly and accumulated dirt and pet hair. These glides installed easily and worked like a charm. Make sure to measure your chair foot diameter before ordering.
