I needed to get some vitamins with iron included having had a bad reaction to prescription iron. These seemed to fit the bill, and I can safely say that they are extremely effective in giving you a boost. After 2 days I felt way better and had a ton of energy. Gentle warning for older usersI’m in my 70s and switched to this from Solgar Male. After a few days I had stomach discomfort and a return of AFib, which hadn’t happened in a long time. Only later did I notice it contains iron, ginseng, and maca — not ideal if you’re sensitive or have heart issues.Might work well for younger men, but older users may do better with a simpler, iron-free option.

I feel more energetic and overall healthy since i started taking these. The pills are quite large to be fair but it's manageable.
