Homogeneous
It’s thin nut no separate oil layer with dry tough paste which is hard to scoop out. The consistency is homogeneous. Great taste too.

NOT AS GOOD AS CASHEW BUTTER
Cashew Butter remains the best, followed by Almond.This product is pure no doubt, for which I gave it 2 stars, but tastewise, cashew butter is so much better.
