Faulty product and Glad giving me the runaround for a four dollar return!
I bought a pack of these containers for just under FOUR DOLLARS. They must be warped, cause the lids don't fit at all. The day it was delivered I tried to return it on Amazon, but was told I had to do a return on the Glad website. In the website chat I was told I need to email a certain department. From that email I was referred to another department and from there I was told that in order to get a replacement I need to send another email to another department and they would review that request. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT! I want my money that I am owed for a faulty product! What is this hellish world we live in???!! I am so tired of all these companies.
