I love this line of spices. I would normally buy at a physical store, but I was stuck inside, sick, and ordered online. I am glad I did. Not only did this arrive super fast, but in excellent condition as well. The expiration date is way off in the future which is great. This was super fresh and smelled great when I opened it up to use. Tastes great as well.

I bought this for making my own Indian style chai tea, and I think this is perfect: assertive, tasty, fragrant, with no off-flavors.The method involves heating water and tea leaves in a saucepan on a stove while stirring for several minutes. Spices such as cardamom and cinnamon are stirred in along with milk or cream. Maybe some sugar, too. This results in a rich, fragrant brew which is stronger than the traditional English brew, IMO. Because of the intensity of this mix, choosing good cardamom is essential, and I am very pleased with this particular brand.

I cook a lot... and this is one of my most Favorite spices...as it's unusual... I recently ran out and picked some up at my local grocery store... ( NOT This Brand),,, and to my disappointment ..it had No Flavor or aroma AT ALL....so I decided to research on Amazon... A LOT Of Research..LOL....and finally decided on this Brand of Organic Cardamom... and it Did Not Disappoint .... I'm so Happy with it...It has a pungent floral aroma ( as a good fresh Cardamom Should Have ) and a light but present beige/brown color, with dark flecks>>>.. this is also ground very fine.. which I prefer... as I use it in many of my "Kitchen Creations"..Haha... I recently used it in my homemade Ice Cream... unusual I know... but it was Delicious and because it's ground fine it was not "gritty" even in Ice Cream...I use this herb in pastas , Indian curry, and meats, even cocktails..>>... I find it "Elevates" any dish I use it in...sometimes I sprinkle just a little on buttered toast... it's Very Versatile ...and can make almost any dish seem "Gourmet"...AND This particular Brand seems to be the BEST I've tried... VERY Impressed!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is my favorite brand of spices. I love that it is all organic and it is a trident brand that I trust very much. All of the spices taste great but this human is exceptional. Love it!

All my spices are from Simply Organic. They're a bit pricier than some but worth it. Remember, you reap what you sow!

i use this in my steak seasoning along with turmeric and other ingredients, that is a clone recipe for Outback’s steak rub. this is very good quality, it has a fresh taste and smell.

Organic and Third Party Tests confirmed there are no/trace amounts of contaminants, which is safe.Simply Organic, is one of the best spice companies period. The tests across there line of products, seems to provide the best results!While their Cinnamon is one of the lowest tested to have contaminates, it is still high. Cinnamon across the world seems to be an issue. I personally have stopped consuming it, regardless of the Brand.
