The vitamin C supplement comes in a capsule form that is easy to swallow, without being too large. It has a decent serving size for each serving given. I like that they are informative on the nutritional content you are getting. I haven't noticed any weird tastes or aftertaste while taking these. I also having had any negative side effects or bloating.
