I actually use this as my everyday pillow.I’ve had to transition to being a back sleeper due to my shoulders, but If my head is held too high while sleeping, I would likely wake up when my throat makes a horn-like sound upon exhale. So my solution was to pack my pillow under my neck while having nothing under my head. When I stumbled upon this pillow, I absolutely had to have it. It is the perfect firmness, I don’t have to fluff it and reshape it every night like I had to do with my other pillow.I sewed a small basic rectangular pillowcase for it and it works well. (I don’t know if they make pillowcases for this, but they should if they don’t) it’s an unconventional size, so regular cases would be too big for it.

I have neck issues. A thick pillow is too much and gives me headaches. This pillow gives me the support I need while keeping my neck in a neutral position. Perfect. The only drawback is that it wears down fairly quickly. Maybe install baffles to keep batting in place?

Had surgery and so convenient and great support

I really wanted to like this pillow! I like buying products that are made in the US which this pillow is. It’s also one of the only pillows with cotton (50% cotton, 50% polyester on the outer case). However, it’s so stiff! They overfilled the pillow, it’s impossible to get comfortable because it’s so bulky. It literally made my head hurt. It’s a bummer that I have to send it back.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the design. It gives me support without encircling my face! Thus, I don't get over-heated using it. It does the job whether I'm sitting or lying down, on my back or on my side. Only recommendation to the company is I wish it came with a washable pillowcase, which would be so much easier to keep clean. Yes, the pillow is hand-washable, but a pillowcase would be even better.

Great neck memory foam

Due to the great reviews, I purchased this product for my chronic neck pain. I also called the company and received great customer support before buying it. The pillow is made in the U.S.A. and customer service is also U.S. based. The pillow arrived in excellent condition and I liked the fact that it is not a giant thick size pillow like some are. I followed the instructions and used it both ways that were recommended in the video. I used this while sitting up watching TV and also while laying down. After about 20 minutes, the pillow was just too hard which caused my neck to hurt more. This does not feel like a memory foam and there is not any give when you lay on it. I really wanted this to work, but overall, it has not helped with my neck pain as it was too hard. I am sure that it may work for other people.

I have the full size version and it has helped immensely with neck issues. This travel one works well too
