I received a box of these towels as a gift. I liked them so much I have put them on subscription. They remove makeup thoroughly and are strong enough, and rinse out cleanly enough, that they can be used several times. And then can still be used to wipe the counter. And besides all that, they are really, really, soft!

These towels feel amazing and I love how thick and sturdy they are. But they smell awful. At first I thought I got a bad batch but other reviews complain of the same thing. Why do they smell so bad? I have to hold my breath while using them. I’m just sensitive to smells I guess.
