Why did you pick this product vs others?:I originally bought this to deal with some gym clothes and socks that just wouldn’t stop smelling, even fresh out of the wash. This actually works. I’ve been using it mostly on socks and towels, and everything comes out clean—not just surface clean, but sanitized clean. I especially like that this version doesn’t have any added fragrance. No fake lavender or powder smell clinging to everything. Just… nothing, in a good way. The only downside is the price. For something I go through pretty quickly, it’s not exactly budget-friendly. Finally a product that actually makes our clothes smell fresh and very clean. Just amazing. Used in every load of laundry. If they could make a concentrate that would be outstanding. Save on Plastic containers.

This is not a detergent, this is an additive. Use it with detergent to sanitize your laundry load. I used to buy the crisp linen one, but I prefer fragrance-free instead; my clothes smell clean and have a nice freshness. I don't need to smell like artificial fragrance. This additive doesn't affect the softness of my clothes, I don't know if this is meant to be a softener. It looks like a liquid, it is clear and smells like nothing. Regular fabric softeners leave a waxy feel and oil stains on your clothes. They also ruin your washing machine. When I use this, I don't have to worry about looking for those stains on my clothes.

I can't believe I just recently discovered this. If you have pets, an old washer, stinky shoes, or just like a bit of an extra clean, this works well. We have several people in the house with sensitive skin and eczema, and this does not cause any irritation. It leaves my pet blankets smelling fresh. I have not noticed any issues with color.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best laundry sanitizer we have found. Working in the medical field at a hospital this laundry sanitizer makes me feel confident that my scrubs are sanitized and clean. It does not have a strong chemical smell and leaves my clothes soft. I highly recommend it.

I've noticed this makes my laundry smell fresh and cleaner.It's not sticky and doesn't affect the softness or feeling of my fabric.It's a decent size for the price. I tend to put a dose or two in the wash too and I haven't run out yet.My only complain is that there was a dent in the bottle from shipping bad enough that it cause a hole in the side of the bottle that causes it to pour out the hole when I pour into the cup. I didn't notice right away and didn't use it right away, so it was outside of the return window to remedy the issue. So make sure to check your bottle for damage as soon as you get it and as for a replacement if it's damaged enough to leak. They really need to package it better. I think the warehouse people are just too rushed and don't care about certain things and just put in limited amounts of paper to buffer inside and it's just not enough to keep it from getting knocked about. I used to work at a FedEx Ground Hub and I've seen the abuse to packages that happens in those places and the amount of weight some packages get placed on top of them. It's not pretty. It's kinda like seeing sausages being made, ya know?

We live in the country & have a septic system so we have to be very careful about what goes down the drain. I use this with every load of laundry to keep my machine smelling good & keep the mildewy smell out of my laundry. It's also great for sanitizing anything that needs a good sanitary wash. Great for gym cloths! Great for cloths after mucking stalls! Great for towels the kids piled in the corner! So many uses.

This still has a smell even though it is unscented/fragrance free. That said, the smell doesn’t cling in the garments too badly. It did work to take the “funk” out of my athletic gear when none of my other tricks and products were doing it. Will buy again.
