Considerably less expensive than other items this is excellent value for money. Wasn't sure how well made it would be but it is very solid and robust, excellent quality. No assembly required other than to slot in the padded restraining bar and insert the locking pin. Got this for sissy squats which target the quads - you will need to research and refine your technique on those to get the most out of this machine as the technique is very different from a normal squat.Great product which I am enjoying.

Having had knee trouble for a while, I decided to try this piece of kit in case the problem was too much emphasis on the posterior chain. It is already helping, is easy to use, and is compact and light enough to be used in the house. I am 6’3” and about 240 lbs, and it is solid enough for me. Very good value. Only slight disappointment is that it is too narrow for me to use for sit-ups or press ups, but hey, I knew the dimensions when I ordered it. Smaller people will get this added benefit - I am fine just using it for sissy squats.

Bought this just to strengthen my legs/ mild workout. Easy to set up and adjustable as described. No issues with it and does aid in a good workout. How much you get out of it is like anything else- how much work are you willing to put in... I dont use the push up bars as I have other equipment but good value for the money.

Okay, it doesn't take up much space, is very sturdy, is incredible for the price considering other brands on offer and it kills your quads like no other exercise without needing lots of weight. Perfect for home gyms. It completely isolates the quads whilst protecting the knees by removing any and all torque on them. simply a fantastic bit of kit that gives genuine results fast.

Took a risk on this, I mean it is half the price of the next cheapest available.So, yes it's definitely worth it.Comes assembled pretty much and isn't too big. Stands on its end to store against a wall.,and is stable.One tip for sissy squats is that nobody knows how to do them properly. Sissy squats have three different parts to the exercise. . Not the single movement you see everybody doing. Research it and you will see how to do it.Anyhow, you can go ahead and buy this if you want one. No difference to the others double the price and more.
