The problem with cholesterol medication is that it lowers your good cholesterol as well. I have been taking this product for years now. I tried other Omega 3 products & was always left with either heartburn or a fishy taste.This product comes in the proper proportions & has a pill that helps to quickly dissolve it to get into your system. I take one pack daily & my blood work always shows that I have the cholesterol that you would expect to see from an Olympic athlete (according to my doctor) - I do try to eat healthy as well. I also talked to a psychiatrist & my former college professor in nutrition/biology, and asked them if fish oils actually worked for your brain health, or if that was just a myth. I was told by both of them that they do, but not for most people because they don’t take enough. You have to take around 4000mg a day in order for there to be any effects & most people don’t take but half of that, or even less. Guess what? Animal Pak Omega gives you 4000mg a day of omega 3 & calculated out 2500mg of omega 6 is the proper calculations for them to work the best in conjunction with each other for optimal health.Bottom line: I would recommend this product to anyone, whether you are working out & trying to stay in shape or not. The best product so far I’ve using them it’s been almost a week and I’ve got the result withing four days my skin look way more better than before and it worth the money

I always wondered by Animal Pak has like 1,000 pills to swallow but there's no Omega 3's well now I know why it's because they also make OMEGA. I don't know how long this stuff has been around but I never heard of it till recently so I brought a can. I've been taking Animal PAK and Animal Flex and I like the benefits of both of both of them combined. I did however need some Omega 3's in my mix so I went and picked this up. This has Everything and I do mean Everything you need Fish Oil wise. I like Animal products because they always over do it. This is no different as it's a pill cocktail of all the fish oils and some other choice oils like flaxseed. This isn't a supplement you take and notice a difference with though it's just a health promoter like most vitamins it gives your body what it's lacking from your natural intake of food. I will say that the only downside to this product is that it has 30 packets and not 44 like most of animals other stuff.

Only just received it today.I should've looked at the ingredient a little closer due to the caramel color. Considering these are just 5 pills a day, 10 at most, it's probably not harmful. But it's always better to be safe than sorry.They need to remove the caramel color ingredient. I get they do that to give the pills a mostly distinct color for comparison to each pill discription, but they should not be putting harmful ingredients just for something small like that.There is no taste or aftertaste, so that's good.I will edit my review as I use these.
