Draught excluder
Bought this excellent product to replace one of 2 i fitted to my outside doors in 1997 so glad it is still on the market as my previous Brydales have lasted 16yrs and one is still as good as new !!!!

Striker Plate missing and bad Instructions.
The Striker Plate is missing and despite email direct to Stormguard, they have ignored request for the missing part.Shame on you for poor customer service.

Easy to fit
Very easy to fit, even with the rather strangely written instructions. Took around half an hour, even with drilling a new hole to move a screw (after shortening the unit). Perfect.

Great product, easy to fix and fit for purchase. Delivered as stated at an affordable price. No criticism at all with the deal.

Changing working side doesn’t work
Product says the working mechanism can be swapped to other side to allow for end to be trimmed to fit door opening and size.The working hinges are at different lengths from the ends and so when swapped to the other side the spring is in compression and does not freely move.Ordered a replacement so it might be a once off, will update once it arrives.
