This item had someone’s hair already on it items was not in placed looked used and old the items were yellow in color instead of white. Would never used this on a n new born baby smh

The product came used and full of hair, it’s a same that you buy a new product especially for children hygienic care

The product box was very damaged and inside there were hairs which is inaceptable for the item that it is

I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed! I received this product for my newborn, and it was clearly USED— with HAIR (!!!!!!) on it! This is a hygiene product meant for babies, and using a previously used item could risk illness. I expected better from such a reputable brand. Unacceptable!!!!!!!
