I have been using this brand for years, it's a great product. I love that it is in a dark container with a dark gel surrounding the pill to keep light from damaging the quality .

Been using Barleans flax seed oil capsules for over 30 years on the advice of a health-food store owner for severely cracked, peeling palms.I was desperate as doctors had no solution - dermatologists were completely perplexed.CURED!!
