Hippeas Organic Chickpea Puffs Far Out Fajita, 4 Ounce, 6 Count

My husband, friends, and I all love Hippeas normally. This flavor was a huge disappointment. They're so intensely pepper flavored, but with nothing else to make them palatableWe ordinarily buy in bulk for the white cheddar, sriracha, and barbecue ones, and were just so surprised and grossed out to try these. I didn't want to waste six bags, so I tried literally rubbing each hippea individually with a paper towel to get the pepper corn pieces off each one, and they're still too strong (even with a paper towel littered in little black flecks). I wrote to customer service just to let them know that we found them to be so disappointing and didn't even get a "Sorry to hear that" back so now I'm trying to at least prevent others from wasting their money. At $4 a bag, no way. I wouldn't eat these if I was being paid $4. They're bland while being entirely too spicy at the same time somehow.

The vegan white cheddar flavor is good, yes, but the nacho vibes variety is killer in comparison. Don't have any idea why it's impossible to find in stores and even kind of hard to locate online. Hippeas, you guys are snoozing on this, it's a fantastic, crunchy, savory, cheesy vegan snack of amazingness. Has a deeper flavor profile than the white cheddar. A+++

These (the Barbeque) are so utterly GOOD. They are very tasty and I try to buy the "snack" (i.e. 4 oz.) size otherwise I'll plow right through a larger bag. I do like that they're a better and slightly healthier version of a "puff" type snack. And my absolute favorite part is they are VEGAN! I found these because I was looking for vegan snack food and one that wasn't full of a bunch of crap (chemicals, dyes). I'm no nutritionist, but the ingredients appear to be better options IMO and I LOVE that the snack has actual fiber, which is for one helpful to one's' diet as well as being filling.

These puffs are my favorite snack in the world, and I regularly order them from Amazon. I was excited to receive my order today Everything arrived on time, and the puffs were undamaged. The bags said the product was good until 9/4/20. But that was a lie. Opening the bag, the puffs had a bad smell. Biting into one, it was super stale. They also had a strange rotted chemical taste that lingered after I swallowed. I've had nacho vibes hippea puffs many times, so I am familiar with the flavor. I LOVE the flavor and this snack. But this wasn't it. I'm so dissapointed. Either it was a bad batch, a mis-printed expiration date, or a deliberate re-print of a new expiration date on expired food. I will not be buying the puffs from this seller again. BUYER BEWARE. Stale expired product.

I've reordered these several times, can't help myself! The flavor is so good, I just keep eating until sometimes the whole 4 serving bag is gone (I try not to- or I skip a meal after).My diet now is low sodium, low fat. IT'S DIFFICULT TO FIND BOTH TOGETHER.Keep in mind, these are made with chickpeas, which I don't mind. But if the slight mealiness of peas or beans is not acceptable, these will not be your favorite.I myself find them irresistible!

These are so good, but totally addictive! If you kids like cheese puffs and Doritos then these are the perfect swap out snack food choice for them. The texture is ever so slightly different, but it didn’t seem to matter for our family. All of our kids loved the nacho flavor the best. I appreciate that they came in a larger quantity because our kids can plow through some good snack foods!

These are DELICIOUS. They have a tiny sweetness to them which kept me from giving them a 5. I do taste that Nacho Cheese flavor BUT again there is a hint of sweetness that I dislike!

I took a chance buying these because I'm not really a fan of the white cheddar flavor, but I couldn't pass up 6 bags for $8.88. Right out of the bag these things are amazing! Super cheesy and crunchy! It definitely satisfies my Cheetos cravings. I'd also like to add that my omni boyfriend took some to try and then didn't want to give the bag back, if that doesn't suggest how good they are IDK what does :)
