Well made
Replaced the cheap one that came in my Triton trailer. It fit perfectly and is well made and durable.

Pretty good
This is the second time I've ordered one of these, they last 3-4 years in saltwater environment, the strap with hook does not come with this winch. It has a shorter handle than other winches so it fits my trailer well.

Product was received timely and was as expected.
Replaced a Dutton-Lainson winch that was 14 years old and I discovered was broken after I got my boat out of the shop. Decided to order new winch with warranty rather than order repair parts as the cost differential was not significant in my opinion.

Bolted up fine. Worked as designed. Good piece of equipment. Quality product and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolute junk - avoid!
Absolute junk. 4 years in light duty, seasonal service winching a SeaDoo onto a dolly and the ratchet has broken three times. Now the cheap stamped gears are curling and wearing out too. I looked at other DL winches at the boat launch virtually every DL winch had the same issues. Skip this cheap garbage and get something with a solid ratchet and single-piece gears. Mine is going in the trash.
