Since discovering this shampoo six years ago, I've not even thought to go to another. It is simply the best shampoo product I've ever used. It is gentle, balanced and wholesome. Savannah Bee - a great company with responsible products.

I have been having the hardest time with my hair lately. It seems like something changed with my hair and it has not been as smooth and soft as it always has been in the past. I have been doing a lot of research on it (and months of trying all sorts of shampoos and conditioners) and finally figured out that I believe I have low porosity hair. I do not believe this has always been the case. I have hormonal issues, so it wouldn't surprise me. Anyway, low porosity hair doesn't do well with protein and is better when it is hydrated (water) versus moisturized (oils). Given that honey is a well known humectant, I thought this would be worth a try and my hair is SO MUCH HAPPIER! I use this with the conditioner as well (and left the same review there).

I bought this product in Charleston the first time and loved how my hair turned out. From then on, I have ordered it online since I live half-way across the country. However, the shampoo is very liquidy in the tube. It's easy to dispense too much at once so be careful. Also, I found it necessary to buy the conditioner in order to obtain the best overall results. The conditioner is thick, so I make sure there's water rubbed in with it on my hands before applying. Hope this helps you decide.
