Good quality, easy to assemble, priced fairly.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DOLL HOUSE. Instructions were fairly simple. Quality of some pieces isn't THE BEST but it is an incredible and solid piece of equipment lol. My daughter plays with this every single day now, totally worth the price.

Absolutely love this dolls house!
Really love this dolls house for my 4 year old who plays with it everyday. It doesn't come with any dolls FYI. Which I was aware of but chose this house for the build quality and open front layout.I bought a family of wooden dolls separately and another bedroom set because they all need a bed, of course, and other accessories and we have set it up to fit everything perfectly.Sturdy, easy to put together.Only complaints are the windows dont shut well and piano legs don't fit well, and need glue. But no big deal.Otherwise the furniture is good quality and I love the house and furniture are mostly good quality wood.Very very pleased and would recommend.

Product is solid and visual nice
Our 2yr old truly enjoys playing with all her toys in it, and playing house with her figurines. The only major downside is they sent me an incorrect piece. I triple checked and it's wrong. They sent two of the same sides of the house.Basically the right side should have 2 windows. The left side should have 1 window and one door. When I went to put it together it has 1 window and 1 door on each side.Unfortunately they sent 3 windows and 1 door as there should be. Unfortunately that means I have 1 extra window and 1 missing door.I tried putting the window into the spot but it's extremely loose because it's too small for the hole. I took pictures which I'll include for visual perhaps.A second very small but detail I also notice, nothing that affects the functionality like the other item.Inside the roof it shows two windows, however the outside show only 1 window that isn't equally aligned. It's just a design issue but hey since I'm here I'll share that little interesting fact. I'll also include pictures for what I mean. It's a great product but I have to give it 4 stars for the door issue. If someone is able to send a second door that would be wonderful. I could take a full wall piece (right side) but a door is simpler. If I can get that I'd change the review to 5 star because it is a good product that I'm sure will have years of use.

Grand loves her doll house
I was a little hesitant about this purchase as far as size but it was perfect for my granddaughter. She sits so quietly while playing with her dollhouse

Pretty much perfect
For the price (I got it on sale) I don’t think you will find a nicer doll house. First off, it’s almost all wood, including most parts of the furniture. So it’s sturdy. Second, it’s not so bad to put together. The instructions are clear and the parts are labeled. I made only one mistake that I had to unscrew and redo, and some of the smaller screws were difficult to align, but I don’t see that well. Third, it’s a really nice size. Not crazy big but big enough to impress a 4 year old. Fourth, the included furniture is very cute, and there is neither too much nor too little of it, just right for pretend play, and it includes the cute piano. I would recommend it for children 2-6 but the 3-4 year olds will love it best.

Simple Assembly, Sturdy, Affordable and Adorable!
We bought this KidKraft Doll Cottage for our two year old daughter as her first "real" doll house. I wanted a sturdy house that was not too big and didn't require hours of assembly and was pleased with the house I chose.I did find this house on sale during Cyber sales week and the discount was my deciding factor for purchasing this model doll house, but now owning the home I would purchase it at the regular price as well.Arrival -Product arrived quickly using standard shipping and showed up in discrete packaging which was great since it was a gift for our little one. It is pretty heavy and I did have to have my hubby assist me in carrying it up our town homes 3 flights of stairs.Assembly -The doll house was completely unassembled, but came nicely packaged with easy to understand directions. My favorite part of the assembly process was the fact that each screw, nut and bolt was individually packaged and was labeled with a letter that corresponded to a letter in the instruction manual. This was so much easier for me to understand than the "usual" millions of random screws mixed together in one plastic bag. The assembly did take some time, maybe an hour in all? I didn't do it all in one night though so it may have been less time, but the directions were simple and everything went together smoothly. A small Allen wrench is included, but you will need a screw driver for tightening some of the screws. I had no leftover screws or pieces at the end and it looked just like the image on the box! What I liked compared to other doll houses I has researched: (pros)- windows/door open and close and already came assembled/attached to their adjoining wall piece- outside and inside walls of the house already have the stickers applied, no need to mess around with stickers after assembly- standing at about 2 and a half feet tall this doll house is roomy enough for my toddler, but does not tower over her or take up our entire living room- house included cute, sturdy wooden furniture for every room of the house at no extra chargeThings I would improve, but were not deal breakers for me: (cons)- the exterior/interior is not painted and is stickers which could possibly peel down the road- the rear of the house is not finished (no stickers) but if it's kept up against a wall no one will ever know this- the 2 staircases in the house do not permanently attach to the floors (just have two pegs on them that sit in holes on the floor) and can come out of place easily, but I fixed them with my handy glue gunAll in all I am happy with this purchase and even more importantly, my daughter is thrilled with this doll house. She plays with it every day and the few "cons" I pointed out don't effect how much she enjoys this new toy. I do recommend this doll house to anyone with younger kiddos.
