eating organic a big step in maintaining health or resetting it
btw amazons transport services are really pathetic as many times the atta reaches me with spillage as the packet is tornI am not alone in this respect , if you check other reviews you will find this problem with other buyers as well .The atta had not only spilled into the box it had spilled over and covered other 2 Items .I wish they dont pack other Items with the Atta for safety ._______________________________________________________________________________________________NOW SOME INFO WHY CARBS ARE NOT THE DEMONthis is how to reset health- eat organic- whole plant based-no oil (moderating on salt / sugar )-no animal products- supplement vit d and b12If you are to look around the world and pickup the leanest population , you would pickup china , korea , japan and some parts of Africa .They eat a diet centered around starches, peas , beans, legumes, potatoes , sweet potatoes , corn and whole grains etc with side dishes of fruits and vegetables with rich foods kept to a minimum . minute sand particles observed
It's very disappointing such a costly product not well hygiened. We observed minute sand particles in mouth during eating but nothing visible with naked eyes.Giving 3 stars because 1st time I observed this issue. Otherwise its good product. But they should focus on hygiene part.

Great quality.
Good quality atta. Dough absorbs high amount of liquid. Makes really soft rotis. The only con is that it's a little coarse, maybe if it was a tad bit finer in texture it would have been good. Otherwise 5stars for the product.
