Very good product for home physiotherapy. Multi modes are good and quite helpful in pain relief. Ease to use. Intensity could have been better say up to 24 instead of present level 16. (At least i felt the intensity level was just about 2/3rds of desired level at 16). Generally i use the mode 1 which is a combo of 4 modes and the 2 to 5 which are the 4 different signals can also be used separately. The adhesive pads are just about good and I am sure there should be ways for ordering replacement pads/cables as may be needed in future. If they would have given those options in the manual it would have been good.Packaging could have been better along with a good carry pouch. It will be difficult to carry the whole carton box always is just painful and a sleek pouch would have been good as the equipment along with accessories ie cable/pads is just pocket size.

i have been using this since last two days for shoulder pain and it is already showing good results. The pain has subsided by nearly 30%. The 5 massage modes and 16 intensity levels give the user plenty of options to choose from. It is very good for nerve stimulation and is very easy to operate.We hope the manufacturer/ supplier will come out clearly regarding the after sales service / service centres available in different parts of India and whom to approach in case there is a problem. Also, availability and price of electrode pads should be clearly mentioned so that buyers will know in advance before they take a call on ordering this product. But for these two things, the product is very good. Also hats off to the lightning delivery service provided by Amazon. I ordered on a Saturday late night and the product arrived on Sunday morning.

Product is good with Rechargeable battery... The battery comes along with the product is non rechargeable battery which drains very fast. Other functions are working smooth and effective. The only bad thing I faced is it's running single channel 2nd channel stopped working after 3-4 use.

I been having lower back pain from time to time and I had to do Physiotherapy once. It's mostly related to my sitting posture and also long hours at work. Sometime the pain is mild and it goes away in day or 2.I had again the same severe pain and was about to consult Orthopedic doctor and that's when I came across this pulse massager. As I mentioned before I had to do Physiotherapy once for a week to relax my lower abdomen muscles, that was 3 years ago. Since it was one day delivery, hence I thought to give it a try before visiting the doctor for Physiotherapy. To be frank I never had any high hopes on this product.I used it for 30 mins the first I was able find good difference, it really relaxed my muscles. Then I used in thrice a day (15 mins) for a week and the pain went away. It was amazing!I know when I did Physiotherapy, they used a bigger nerve stimulation massager after applying gel. I was good and time checked in Amazon for a similar device but could not find one. Anyway this wonder device really helped me to get rid of my bain pain. Now I'm using it from time to time and I got 3 pieces of it. Twice I got it for a good deal. You can buy the pads separately aswell and it works much more effectively if you apply gel separately. The gel on the pads dries up quick. Now for the price I don't see any downsides, they are giving 6 months additional warranty aswell.Please note that this device is not a replacement for proper Physiotherapy/Doctor consultation and to be used for chronic pain. Overall a wonderful device!

The media could not be loaded. I loved Dr Physio products but this time I received worse product and it's not working at all 2 pads are working little and 2 pads not working and I won't recommend anyone to buy this product because there is only replacement and no refund policy so if someone not happy with power then we don't have option for get refund it's very big drop point I would say.Also got replaced product but it's used I feel because box was opened and not recommended to buy it because 2 times I faced problem and weast my time on this product and happy that Amazon atleast agree to refund my money appreciate that but Dr Physio should understand Amazon value too because of their poor product Amazon losses their valuable customers.

I have back problems because of tennis and other sports injuries.Recently I came to know about Tens and EMS from some fellow tennis player.Searched it and found that there are not many digital devices available in India while US and other western countries had many options.While buying I was not sure if this device will be effective or not specially because of its lower price. No Amazon website in other countries in world was showing this kind of device at that much low prices.But decided to buy and believe me within 2 3 days I am feeling its a great product.Because I follow many physios online for pain management so I learnt how Tens machine should be used.For the people who think its another massage machine, its not. Its TENS machine.Search for TENS over internet and learn how to use it properly then you will feel the effect.I am using it almost daily so that I do not have to take pain killers.I can focus more on strengthening myself without thinking about the pain.Its been a week or so using this device without any problem. I will share further review if I feel there is any problems.

It reduces the pain almost instantly.Just one suggestion ,if it can be made little stronger?the frequency is not enough for bigger body parts like thighs.
