What a Fantastic Tool
I only ordered my Chipolo on Bank Holiday Monday and it arrived on the following day. It is very easy to set up, just download the APP and you are ready to go. I am forever losing my car keys and my iPhone but this little gadget can solve both problems. I'm fine at the weekend, when my Grandson comes because he always manages to find my keys, wherever I have left them and puts them back on my hook in the key box, always insisting mine should be on a certain hook and my Wife's on the other. After putting my Chipolo on my keyring, last night, I couldn't find them this morning, suddenly realised they had Chipolo on them, so just pressed the APP button and it located them under a pile of papers. I then discovered it can also locate the phone too, just by pressing piccolo twice, it makes the phone ring. Probably like most others, I never read the instructions, so was pleasantly surprised with this additional help. This little device is going to save me so much time and stress in the future, I just wish I'd known about it before. For all you forgetful folk like me, it is an absolute essential piece of kit. the best £22 I have ever spent.

Didn't work, customer service non-existent!
Bought for a family member who has severe memory issues as a Xmas present. He was chuffed to bits, not so much when it took over an hour to get it connected (even using the troubleshooting guide online) and then emitted such a weak noise that he couldn't find which drawer it was coming from in their 10ft square kitchen. Now it doesn't make any noise at all!A massive disappointment, presumably defective or the battery was run down...even more disappointing is the zero contact from customer service after 2 emails sent in the last 10 days (I realise it's been Xmas, but we are now well into January!) To say I'm annoyed is an understatement! Left with the most expensive piece of plastic in the World!Would give zero stars if I could.

Girlfriend loves this!
Got this for my girlfriend as a stocking filler at Christmas, she’s always losing her keys and her phone and it’s always when we are about to go out! This is amazing! It’s loud enough to hear in the house, you can see where your keys are on a map if they’re lost, the phone ring feature is awesome! I couldn’t recommend this enough, definitely THE best money spent in 2018! Easy to install, it’s discreet and not too bulky, incredible time saver, could not sing its praises enough, would recommend to anyone who loses their phone/keys on a regular basis!

I found my lost keys!
I bought a Chipolo quite a while ago for my keys. Yesterday I used it to find my lost keys for the first time. The app said my keys were out of range but had last been seen several hours ago in the nearby. I had been moving lots of bags of stuff next door that morning so I switched on ‘mark as lost’ on the app and Iafter wandering round my house and the app still saying it couldn’t find it. I went next door and as soon as I went in the door the app said the chipolo was near by. So the app played a sound and I could hear the Chipolo chirping away. It took me about 2 minutes to find the right bag and there were my keys at the bottom! Great product!!

Works very well.
Previously I had a Tile, and the main problem I had with that was connection issues.With the Chipolo, if you turn off your Bluetooth or GPS it will warn you that it will be unable to locate your item. When you turn them back on, it reconnects very quickly and ring so you can find your item straightaway.Its better value for money, does everything a Tile can do, and more importantly it works when I need it to work.Definitely worth the pirchase for peace of mind.

Chipolo Locked - Returned
I recently purchased a chipolo but when trying to set it up it kept saying it is locked and to contact support.After contacting Chipolo support via email (as they don't provide phone support) was advised of the following:"We did try to lookup this Chipolo in our database and it seems there was a glitch when programming this specific Chipolo and that is why it reports locked even though it is brand new.Each Chipolo has 1-year warranty, so you are eligible to have it replaced under warranty. Simply find a proof of purchase with a date on it (usually an invoice) and take it back to the store that you bought it in and they will replace it."- needless to say I just returned it as I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle of this happening again.

Useful gadget for keeping track of things
This is now the second Chipolo product I've bought (have the card one in my wallet). Really like how easy it is to set up, and fantastic for forgetful people who often...misplace...their belongings. I'm a little rougher with my keys than I am my wallet, so not sure how the plastic will hold up on the key ring (the previous Tile one I had broke after too much shoving into pockets) , but it looks nice and sturdy.

Really useful bit of kit
Having previously had a Tile, I thought I'd give Chipolo a go, and I'm really happy so far! Although I went for black this time, I really like the fun range of colours it comes in ( about to order a yellow one to keep in my purse). It was really easy to set up, just download the app, sync and go. I'm a fan of the replaceable battery - meaning I'm not going to need to replace the whole device in a year. Although I only ordered it a few days ago, i've already used it to locate my keys after they fell down the side of the sofa. Would love to have the ability to have a water-resistant device AND a replaceable battery, which no one seems to do at the moment ( I guess it's too hard to guarantee water resistance if part of the case is removable).
