These are not the sweet confections that most try to use to cover up the other tastes. They are more of sweet tarty flavor, with just the right mix of both.

This was not a delightful sweet lemony cake... it was nothing like the image on the box, it was all lies and deceit and I hate it. It may be protein, it may have the sugar content of a tictac, but it is basically a rectangular, anemic, hockey puck that vaguely tastes like lemony PineSol.

Actually, surprisingly tasty. Great texture will definitely buy again if you like lemon and I felt it was a great taste texture is good. I will definitely buy this product again.

Disappointed that these are not actual cakes as shown on the package. You’re led to believe that these are round, very attractive and appealing cakes. Instead, it’s a bland, pasty, pale colored, tasteless, chewy bar. People who eat these kinds of protein bars regularly may really like this product. But it’s not for me. Donating them to the local food pantry.

These are really good but fairly expensive. At my local grocery store they are about $2.50 per bar for the four count box. Ordering through Amazon is a little less expensive but still not cheap. If you like really tart lemon flavor (which I do) these will disappoint although they do taste good and the texture is appealing. The mix of ingredients (i.e., protein, fat, fiber, and carbs) is such that I have almost no blood sugar spike after eating one. (Your results may vary.)
