I will start off by saying, I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review. Before I buy a product, I always read the best and worst reviews. Well, here's the facts.1) I met the devil in this device.....I'm not sure whether to compare the pain to the most sensitive/worst tattoo of my life, or a dilation-8-pre-childbirth. To sum it up, it HURTS. I did both my underarms and my upper lip. The upper lip hurt the worst, hands-down. The under-arms were maybe dilation 5. You know, you're starting to feel it good and are at the point of whimpering because you just can't hold it in anymore....yeah, that. I will admit the 2nd time using the product was a little better. But barely. This is my first epilator. It won't be my last. Despite the pain, I'm a lifer. I like NOT having to shave for a good 3 weeks.2) The charging is just "okay". I made it through a complete round (1st time), and into one underarm weeks later. I was almost finished with the first when it died. I had to wait until the next day to finish. That was a bit irritating but given the price, it's to be expected.3) Perfect size. I have small hands so I really wasn't wanting some bulky device that weighed a ton. This is small and light. Big plus!Overall, for the price and outcome, it was WELL worth it. I almost bought a $200 device but decided I'd test the waters with what an epilator was to begin with. Don't waste your money unless you're wanting to do your legs or a bigger project. This baby works great! Not great on the legs though. I tried it. I'll stick to shaving those.

It does pluck the hairs, but it works better when the hair has a little length to it. If ur not use to plucking hair with tweezers, it may take some time getting used to it pulling hair out. U should also let the epilator hover just above the skin touching lightly instead of pressing directly on the skin if u want it to b more effective. It takes some practicing but it works.

I had a Braun epilator before this which was excellent. This does an ok job but it misses hairs that I can feel w/my finger. Maybe the head is too wide. Couldn't find another Braun w/a narrow head so got this one. It does work but not great.

I have sensitive skin, and who likes pain? But if you follow the instructions and hold your skin taut, you barely feel it (it's the pulling of your skin that hurts). It took about 3 days in a row to get all those pesky facial hairs, likely because some weren't the ideal length yet. Despite using it over and over those first few days, my skin was fine. I've tried others that leave me blotchy with inflamed skin. No problem with this. I am able to stay on top of the hair by using it once a week or so. I highly recommend.

It has the perfect size to be used in areas like face and arms, with this Epliator forget about the batteries simply plug it to charge for a couple of hours and the battery will last for a couple of sessions, and you can remove the cord afterwards. The packaging is cute, I got me one and it was so terrific that and got a second one for a gift for my Mom, we both love it.

I used this and it pulled the hair on my leg. It was scary the first time. I am going to try again to see if it won't pull the hairs. Not sure about this item yet. Instructions say the hair has to be a certain length but, i don't go about measuring my hair before i cut it lol! The machine is loud.

Does an ok job but you have to go over the same spot multiple times and it does not get thicker hairs.

Very useful and works nice I like because is chargeable and easy to use.At first time looks like bad quality but once u start it using u may change the opinion of the product.
