So I use this daily at work and for the price it's beats the bump cap that the company provides by a huge margin. It's lighter, you can put it in pretty much any hat you own and swap them out when they get dirty. It's comfortable, easily fits any of my hats, and you can't even tell it's there so it looks good. It's not expensive like any of my hard hats, and it's save my noggin a few times already when I wasn't paying attention and ran into something. Easy to use and functional without breaking my wallet makes it a no brainer.

But for high-movement activities, you might want something a little lighter.Overall, a quality product, just not ideal for all-day wear during sports.

Fits right under the regular baseball hat it’s really not noticeable will recommend for people that work in a golf course

Fits snugly in a fitted hat and it also breathable up under the hat so it doesn’t hold heat.

In one year I smacked my head on the pavement 3times. Don't ask, always new mistakes to be made. Mostly no harm, no concussion anyway but why continue to take chances? This liner fits easily inside any baseball cap. If you are very active it could use a strap. Or you might consider a baseball helmet, looking a bit odd beats a brain injury.

It’s good. Didn’t fit well under most of my hats but otherwise it seems like it offers nice lightweight protection for the money. Vents nicely.

I have both models of the Green devil bump caps. They are great. this one has a cut out for trucker style clip back caps. and also padding not the top.

I have epilepsy and have seizures and pass out alot at random. I also have chiari malformation where my brain sits below my skull so I bought this to protect my head while I'm at work so I don't cause extra damage to the brain. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't go down further in the back but I know this wasn't made specifically for someone like me. But if you are looking for just a normal head protection it should be fine. But in the rare chance you're looking into this protect yourself from something like my condition, I would suggest another route
