Why did you choose this product over others?:I have tried many products down the years. Some work but none of them works like this does. This is expensive but worth it. I use a different ginger shampoo first then rinse and apply this one which stays on while I finish showering. The matching conditioner is also excellent so I use that too. My scalp feels very clean, there is no itching at all and my hair is soft and manageable. This is a top product.

I can not recommend this enough!!!I’ve suffered with severe dandruff on my shoulders from just touching my scalp, I have dermatitis and a fungal infection and my scalp was another level of dry and flaky and extremely itchy.I’ve used this shampoo twice! And my dandruff has nearly stopped completely already, I’ve had to suffer with embarrassment from my shoulders being full of dandruff and now I don’t !!The itchiness has gone down ALOT I rarely itch now and I used to itch every 3 minutes. My scalp feels so free! I’ve tried so many things and this is finally working !I definitely recommend trying this the price is worth it x10!!

I’ve waited to write this review as I wanted to see if it would really work. I’ve suffered from psoriasis on the top of my scalp, especially near the front for many years. I’ve tried all the medicated shampoos, I’ve even slathered my scalp in special dry scalp oil, coconut oil - all sorts. I bought this still having hope I’d find something that would work, despite the expense, I’m so glad I did. From the first wash the results were amazing. Not weeks down the line, using it once or twice a week, I no longer have psoriasis and a dry itchy scalp. My hair feels soft and healthy and shiny and I’m no longer embarrassed by flakes. It does take a bit of squeezing to get the product out of the bottle, but you don’t need much. I usually dab some on each area of my scalp, rub it in, then apply a small amount of more water from the shower the get the lather going as it doesn’t lather up well at first. Will definitely be continuing to purchase this shampoo. The smell isn’t bad at all, I use a coconut conditioner afterwards and my hair smells lovely.

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo because I was at my wit's end. Three months ago, after a trip to the hair salon, I developed a scalp issue from the Colourist constantly rubbing the back of my head with her thumb, checking whether or not the dye was dry. It set off a contact dermatitis situation, which became more & more red & flaky and itchy the more I scratched at it. Then, it became inflamed and weepy. Horrible. I used all sorts of creams, E45, T-gel, Vosene, and even Dettol. I bought this shampoo after reading the reviews and because it said words like Seborrheic Dermatitis & Folliculitis, which I had been reading up on. I washed my hair every day for a week, and it felt great. After just the second wash, I could feel relief from the itching. It's now 2 weeks later, and my problem has gone - all cleared up. It's a lovely conditioner for my long hair & leaves it detangled. It smells fab. It's a little pricey if you think of it just as a conditioner, but it's well worth the money if you see it more like a medical treatment.

Scalp problem cleared up , could feel it working on first use, npw use it once a week to keep problem atbay

I am 67 and have been using a well known medicated shampoo most of my life V***ne. I have had 2 patches of eczema/dryness in my hairline the back of my ears for as long as I can remember. i always thought it was caused by my spectacles because that where it is roughly. but after getting contact lenses and still having it obviously it is not. I purchased this shampoo and even after the first use i saw an improvement immediately. As i applied it felt a slight tingle in the affected areas and a glow all across my scalp., i followed the instructions and massaged my scalp vigorously especially in the problem area for4-5 minutes. i could feel straight away it was doing a job on my eczema. i used it every day and by the 5th day my scalp was completely clear.. I now use it every every other day in between using my usual medicated shampoo, It is marvellous stuff and if i could i would give 10 stars. i will never be without it in future..

I have found this Folliculitis shampoo has eased the rash which I get on my scalp. I use a small amount 3 or 4 times a week. It provides a lovely lather, is rich and creamy, leave it on my hair for a couple of mins then wash it off. It works very effectively, has a pleasant smell and is not greasy. Leaves my hair nice and soft. I have been very happy with the outcome and have now purchased another bottle. Pharmbanner have delivered on what the product says it will do

Really helps the itch, flaking is gone too. Cooling sensation as you leather, leaving hair soft. Can go without washing hair good 4days with no build up of crusty patches going out of control
