I was a little concerned after reading comments about it being cheap, wobbly and difficult to assemble. It is the opposite of these concerns.It is super easy to assemble - 12 bolts to screw into obvious places and you're done. They give you a tool to do it, but I used my wrench to make sure it was tight enough. It took about 10 minutes.Once assembled, it is quite stable. Maybe if you're over 300 lbs, you might have trouble keeping it on all fours. Good rubber shoes to prevent sliding and just heavy enough to keep it down while exercising, but light enough to move it without a problem. The materials used are quite sturdy and strong. Good grip capability as well.

I really like this equipment. not only can you do dips, but I'm able to do upside down pull ups w/ my feet on a chair and back starting on the floor. Also, found I could do a partial butterfly exercise by widening the rails farthest apart , put feet on chair, and forearm on rails, and close forearms inward lifting torso a few inches.my only gripes were the cheap China hardware included had nut sizes that were too small for the hand wrench they provided. Luckily, I had a metric socket set and found the nuts were ~13.5mm, and worked (barely) w/ 14mm socket. lost at least 30 min hassling w/ that.another (minor) peev is that they should have made it a few inches higher. I'm 5'8" and it is sized just high enough for my knees to touch the ground when elbows even with shoulders, which is OK for me, but if you are a few inches taller you won't be able to get a full dip.I also love how light, but solid/sturdy it is. I can easily hang it on the ceiling to clear floor space when needed.highly recommended at this $60 price point!

The screws don’t all fit into the holes. I was able to assemble both bars with some difficulty fitting the screws into the sockets. I noticed that it seemed a bit unstable and needed the middle bar to attach the two sides together. Unfortunately one of the screws will not screw into the socket and therefore I cannot attach the two together. I have not yet decided if it is worth taking the whole thing apart to return it. I can just put the middle attachment in place without screwing it on. Also the decal on one of the bars was peeling off when it arrived. That is not big deal as it is not neslcessary for functioning. This product does seem very sturdy, I am just disappointed the pieces don’t fit together, and several of them were very difficult. It is clear none of the pieces are tested before packaging.

This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. The bars are incredibly stable and I can't express that enough. I'm 5'4, 135 lbs and have no problem with dips, inverted pull ups etc... My husband is 6'2 and 210 lbs and he had absolutely zero issues with dips.There is no bowing in the bars, no shaking, and the grips aren't rough on the hands. Incredibly solid, sturdy and quality. The package came with needed all parts and the tool and arrived promptly.With this product, there is absolutely no reason to spend a ton of money for a name brand.

I bought this particular set because of the safety connector, but the adjustment knobs are not working properly. The bars are still usable with the safety connector in place, but only one of the adjustment knobs will "click" in to place and lock. It's like the holes aren't lined up so the other side won't click in to a hole on the other side to lock. I still use them, but it would be nice if both sides would lock in to place. But for half the price of other dip stations (which don't offer a safety connector), I am happy with the overall sturdiness of the product. It was also very easy to assemble.

Had this for about 3 years now and it still holds up great! I’m 5’5 and use this frequently for weighted dips and I can’t complain. It does the job perfectly. The only problem I see with this product is if you’re really tall and might have to bend your legs more than I have to

At half the price of the Lebert Equalizer($100) and no reviews at the time of purchase, I was skeptical to make the purchase.ProsLike Ikea furniture, the tool needed to construct was inside the box. Using the flat multi tool given, it took me 20 min to unbox and construct. I was blown away by the quality. The dimensions are pretty much exactly the same as the Equalizer with solid 1.5 inch diameter piping, yet the Sunny Health version comes with a very useful safety bar to go in the center. You can remove the safety bar and separate both pieces to be used like the Equalizer, however I recommend using weights or sandbags to secure the bars in place.ConsMax weight is 250 lb versus Lebert Equalizer’s 400 lb limit. It comes in only one color, silverish grey versus the yellow, green, black and pink of the Equalizer.Bottom line, with the addition of the safety bar, forget the Equalizer, this Sunny Health dip station is superior to the competition. Added bonus is you’re paying half the price.

I just got this product today and tried putting it together, the holes are misaligned so I could only get one screw in each leg when I should be able to get 3 screws in for stability. I rushed to get this because I enjoy calisthenics more than lifting weights and it was ready to ship versus a long weight for better equipment like Lebert but I wished I had saved my money or just waited for the better equipment. The exercises I do on this will be limited because I do not trust the stability, the extra connecting bar in the front makes it usable so I will try and get my money's worth!

Exceeded my expectations. It has large tubings w/c in the pictures look small that got me concerned. But I'm glad I have chosen this instead of the others despite only having handful of reviews. It's quite sturdy when the safety connector is in place. It was easy to assemble, they have provided a tool for assembling and the screws are heavy duty quality that adds to the durability of the product. Price wise i say it's worth the money
