The taste is not what I expected, but it is quite pleasant. The gummies are not hard and do not stick to your teeth-a real plus. Personally, I find they help me stay centered and to sleep better. I take them with breakfast and think of them as a little sweet treat.

I’m concerned about what supplements I use and did my research before buying this one. I like the taste and the improved focus has been noticeable after a few weeks. The level of stress we all deal with everyday has worn me out mentally, I’ve tried other supplements but wanted to stay with all natural ingredients. I’m a big fan of Mood Mingle and will be ordering again.

So I’m gonna give them three stars for now the texture and taste or something is odd about it for me. They’re not horrible. I’ll be able to use the bottle. I’m not gonna return them or anything, but there’s I don’t know how to quantify it but there’s something not quite what you’re expecting Flavor wise and maybe texture wise too. If after a couple weeks, I change my mind I’ll come and give it another star but for now I’m reserving that extra star just in case.

I take three gummies before bed. I fall asleep quickly and I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed in the morning.I also like the flavor and texture, they do not stick together like some other gummies do.

These really do help keep me energized and are tasty.
