This is the best investment I’ve made in a long time. I work from home and my legs used to hurt and my ankles used to swell after sitting for just two hours. That does not happen anymore. It’s so danged quiet and I don’t have any trouble typing or doing upper body tasks while using it. It doesn’t slip. I LOVE the little nodules on the pedals. It feels like I’ve had a foot massage after using it. I saw another brand on a commercial but it was so expensive. I searched on Amazon and found this and it was very affordable. Purchased this Under Desk Elliptical Machine for my father who has stopped walking for exercise due to balance issues. The machine is plug powered and moves his legs for him - which you wouldn't think does anything, but when I used it during a visit I could tell my muscles had worked afterwards. The machine is small enough to not be a bother - he keeps his in front of the couch. It's quiet and doesn't move around when in use but it is placed on a rug. He has his favorite program and likes that it comes with a remote. It's easy enough to use that he uses it everyday. Just know that if you are looking for a machine to get a hard workout in, this is probably not it. All program options will move your feet for you. Overall, very worth the money to get and keep my dad moving until he feels more confident on his feet.

So far this has held up well and doing the job it was intended for. I sit at a desk all day for week. By the end of the day, my legs are sore from little movement. I purchased this not for weight loss or a cardio workout but to keep my legs moving during the day. This machine is quiet enough to not be noticed if you work in an office. It's easy to use and the remote makes if even easier to operate.

This device is the perfect solution for those who need more exercise in their lives, particularly the elderly, mobility impaired, etc. It is heavy, strongly built and does not move when using. It is extremely quiet. I'm using it when the weather interferes with walking or other outside activity. This is really going to help my lower body after having several fractured Lumbar vertebra continue to repair themselves. No surgery for me.

Exactly what I needed and hoped for. It is easy to use right out of box. Light enough to move around by my 69 year old self. Easy to follow instructions. Love it has a remote. I keep it next to my recliner then move it over to use as I’m watching tv or reading. It has different speeds. It also goes in two different directions. Forward then backwards. I use it for 30 minutes 2 times a day. The difference in how my legs feel is amazing. I highly recommend this for people of all ages but especially for those of us that are older and may not get much exercise. I will never give up using this.

I have 2 of these now because I got tired of waiting on my kid to get off of it. Lol. I do two hours a day. Hour in AM with Bible Study, coffee, respond to emails/texts AND I can eat a bowl of cereal while doing it! If you lift your feet up while it pedals, it increases your range of motion which Apple watch counts as steps. After work, another hour while I eat dinner and relax from my day. I have even fallen asleep on this thing. Lol. Helps decrease ankle/leg swelling, aches&pains AND increases circulation. Would love to have at work but nowhere to plug in. Highly recommend!!
