Good quality
If you’re a vegan, you can make eggs out of this stuff! It’s much cheaper than shopbought egg substitutes. I like to have an experiment with things like this, and it worked very well for me. Would also be excellent in a soup or a curry.

Some lentils can taste gritty but this is lovely. A bit overpriced but under current climate, life saver. Works wonders on your digestive system!
