QunolMagnesium Glycinate 300mg, 100% Glycinate Chelated Magnesium Supplement, 90ct Tablets

All magnesium pills are large. So are calcium pills. Magnesium is not a condensed substance like Vitamin D. However, I tried the Now capsules and these tablets from Qunol. (See photo comparison) Same size, same dosage, same effectiveness. But the capsules kept melting on the way down causing me to cough up powder and inhale it in my lungs, even minutes after taking the pills when I didn’t have water in hand. The Qunol brand tablets are coated and smooth to swallow. Some other brands are rough. These are a little more, but worth it to me.

I bought this magnesium glycinate on the recommendation of a friend for neuropathy in my feet. I had previously tried magnesium citrate and had not experienced any relief with that product. I gave it about three weeks, and I could definitely tell that I was experiencing relief of the pain sensation. Fast Forward over two months and I am sold. I still have tingling in my feet but nothing approaching the pain and discomfort I felt prior to using magnesium glycinate. The numbing and tingling are much reduced from before I started use.

I tried the full dosage, the first two days and was too groggy. Decided to bump it back to one at night as very effective to help you relax just enough to either go to sleep or stay asleep without a groggy feeling in the next day.

I can't say enough good things about this product. Not only does it work, but it doesn't upset my stomach like other supplements that are almost identical. The really good thing about this product is that it has really helped my sleep. I find that I rest much better when I take the right dose for my own needs. You can tell this is premium quality magnesium.

2 at night and it helps me sleep better. Took about 3 or 4 days to really work.

It seems to help with sleeping, although I haven't been taking it long. Crossing fingers it helps long term

Very good product, it relieves my sciatic nerve pain, which is very strong, and I have also noticed that I have lost weight. I have bought it twice and it greatly reduces the pain!
