Perfect sourdough starter kit!
It is so nice to have a sourdough kit with everything you need to get started (except the dutch oven and flour) Everything is easy to use, great value for the cost, and easy to clean. The size of the bannetons are perfect for single loafs. As long as you sprinkle a little flower in the bannetons, the dough shouldn't stick.

One of the best things about this kit is that it comes with two shapes for the Banneton bread basket, round and oval. There are also so many tools that come along with it. The cleaning brush, flour duster and shapes don’t usually come along with a kit, but this one has it all! It makes my sour dough bread baking so much more exciting.
