Magnesium Glycinate 4-in-1 | 1400mg Complex – 400mg Elemental Magnesium
Good product but cannot really feel any difference but it is still great to take to give the body what needs. Higher price for £9.99 for 30 pills / 2 per day gives you coverage only for 15 days. No side effects and easy to swallow. Thank you.

Has improved my sleep.
I take two an hour before bed and they have truly made a difference. The pills have made my mind drift off to sleep naturally and wake up without the dreaded groggy half asleep feeling. It is great value for money and now I can live without.

Good - but not necessarily the best value option available.
Magnesium is crucial for a number of the body's functions to operate as they should. As a result of dietary restrictions I don't get the amount of magnesium in my daily diet that I should - hence the reason for seeking out a quality supplement. In terms of provenance and quality, this one ticks the right boxes. The suggested daily intake of this particular supplement is two capsules, which delivers 400mg and therefore delivers about 100% of the recommended daily quantity of 400-420mg for men and closer to 130% of the recommended 310-320mg for women. As I get some magnesium from other sources (but not nearly enough), I am looking for something to top up the shortfall. In my case the recommended 2 capsules per day means that my daily intake is now a little higher than the recommended daily amount, but not by an overly significant amount. At the current price of £9.99 for 60 capsules this costs around 34p per day (based on 2 capsules per day). I have previously used other good quality magnesium supplements with a daily dosage broadly in line with the level of my daily shortfall that have only cost me around 7p per day, so these work out quite a bit more expensive and it could be worth your while to shop around.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Good capsules
These seem to be a good buy. They are nicely packaged and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste, you can't really ask for much more.
