Dear Customer Support Team,I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a trolley bag I purchased on 30th July 2024. After approximately seven months of normal use, I observed that the bag has been damaged near the handle, making it difficult to use.I attempted to visit the nearest Safari customer service for assistance; however, I was informed that the customer service office has been shifted from the Indore location, which has made it challenging for me to claim the warranty benefits.It is disappointing to see a branded product sustain such damage within a year of purchase. I kindly request you to assist me in availing the warranty service or provide an alternate solution to resolve this issue.I am attaching relevant photo of the damaged area.

The warranty QR code does not work. It takes me to an unprotected website which has not connection to the Safari bags website or warranty registration.
