Brooks Men’s Aurora Neutral Running Shoe

First pair of Brooks I’ve owned, did not see this particular shoe in stores so I bought it and I’m glad I did. They are very comfortable, more lightweight than you’d think, and have a unique design. I don’t know how many of you have had nitrogen injected shoes before.. but wow it’s definitely worth trying. You can see through the toe of the shoe, a part of its “project” vibe. Brooks is a reputable brand, and these shoes keep up with their performance. The fit is a little tight, so go up maybe a half of a size. Durability wise, you’re getting a lot more than you would with normal running shoes. These are built to last and they don’t lack the versatility some shoes do. The color was exactly as described. If you like to workout, run, or have some stylish, yet Sophisticated shoes, try these out.**update after running for a month**These shoes are not capable of being used for running. The front is falling apart, and the fabric inside the shoe bends and twist making it uncomfortable.

A fun-looking shoe that may not fit every style, but what it lacks in generic good looks, it makes up in pure comfort and stability. This shoe makes it feel like I am cheating when walking. The cushion is crazy bouncy, and the wide sole gives me a lot of stability when I walk. As much as it has laces, it's really just a slip-on. I set my laces loose once, and haven't touched them since.I walk about 5,000 steps each night, often after hours, through a park with sometimes difficult terrain. Finding a shoe that offered stability and comfort was my goal for nearly a year. During that year I read countless reviews and purchased nearly a dozen different "trail" shoes. This was the winner by far.

Very very comfortable. Like walking on pillows. I actually have a few more pairs. Great for fair weather days. No rain or snow lol. But they are breathable

I recently learned this shoes has been around for quite a bit but the technology is insane. I run here and there and tried different types of running shoes and this one is really bouncy and I love it. O haven't tested it running yet but once you put it on it's a different experience. It looks futuristic as well, fit is true to size and looks durable with a see through mesh upper. Had to get one for my dad, he said it's really good as walking shoes.

Brooks should have continued this shoe. Cushioning is decent for short runs, anywhere from 1-5 miles it’s very good. Cushioning is very responsive and resilient. Base of the shoe is wide enough for a good support shoe. No a a lot of arch support so if you need a n orthotic it will support it..

The shoe is comfortable but looks kind of dumb. I retuned. Otherwise, fit and finish Brooks as always.

The Aurora BL came out of Brooks Blue Line R&D innovation & development group. Futuristic for short. I was skeptical since they came out five years ago. But Brooks is still selling the Aurora for $200 with no improvements. Checked some reputable running shoe reviews and everything was great. So I went back to Amazon and low and behold my size was on sale for $99! I usually wear the Glycerin 20 (and still do).But what a great rotation 👌. Wearing two pairs of running shoes will save the midsole. The midsole of almost every quality running shoe is made of EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate). An open cell component that absorbs shock. But the cells are open and they break down with every run or walk. But they refresh after 48 hours. EVA was introduced in the 70's and has been improved by learning to adjust the durometer. The degree of hardness or softness. That in turn will impact stability. Controlling pronation and supranational. Inward and outward roll of the foot. There's much more. The shape of the last. The percentage drop from heel to toe. The depth of the toe box.Excetra, Excetra. I would love to review shoes for Amazon so you the consumers can make a more informed choice. Thanks for reading. These are great shoes. I dont jog but walk, got them for $99. Will buy again if at $99
