Love the colour of the ball, i chose purple. Using the ball for my pilate class twice a week. Arrived when expected, had everything you needed to blow up the ball which was fine only problem i found it hard to plug the ball without letting too much air out, you have to be really quick, 😆 apart from that, its great for what I purchased it for.

I recently started taking a beginners Pilates course and needed a small, soft ball for some exercises. I didn't want to spend too much money, as I was just trying Pilates out for the first time. Luckily, I found the beenax 23cm Soft Pilates Ball. This ball is exactly what I needed- it's soft and gentle on my body, but still firm enough to provide the support and resistance that my exercises require.The only problem I encountered was inflating the ball to the right amount and getting the stopper in before it deflated too much. However, the kit comes with a straw to help inflate it by blowing into which was very useful and made it easier. Once inflated, the ball works perfectly for my Pilates exercises.

This Pilates ball is useful for exercises and especially great to be used to improve and release neck tension.

Purchased on advise of physio to strengthen muscles following knee replacement.

It was perfect as I expected.

As described. I do find it a bit fiddly to inflate, ie when you remove the straw to put the plug in you lose air and if you're not very quick, you have to blow it up again. That said it is what I wanted and wil be fine for my exercises. I'm sure I'll get quicker at plugging it 😊
