I purchased the powder due to the calming benefits listed but for the taste so horrifying that I just can’t bring myself to take it. So thats when I got the capsule form.Rewind . I have tremors and am searching for something to slow them down or calm them down without seeing a doctor and getting put on drugs. I have only been using this for nearly 4 weeks and have already seen promising results. I feel less jittery and am shaking less. The instructions via the web say to experiment with 2-5 capsules a day. I have tried 2 and 3 so far. I will review again in a few months to better understand my results. Mahalo

This is a very good product.it seems to give my husband energy and helps with stress.we use it regularly.

so far, so good. haven't been taking it long enough to get full effect. i'm optimistic.
