I, too, originally was introduced to this product at a mall kiosk. I thought it was a gimmick until I used the nail buffer at home. It really does do an amazing job. I was very happy to find that it was available online. I gave these to all my favorite friends for Christmas because the buffer is such an easy tool for getting a quick shine on your nails. This is the best buffer I have ever found to create a polished look that equals clear nail polish. My understanding is the white side is silk, which brings out the shine and oil in your natural nails. I think it's great! This is so much better than polishing my nails on a regular basis to keep a shiny look.

I have rough, ridged nails that are not attractive. I've tried a couple other nail buffers that really didn't make much difference, but this one made a huge difference in just one use. These nail buffers are more expensive than what I have gotten at the store in the past, but they work so much better and last a lot longer! It's very easy to hold and is as effective as the ones my nail tech has used in the salon. The buffing part leaves a beautiful healthy looking shine to your nails when you want to give them a break from nail polish. There's also a side that will help you fix a rough edge of your nail when you don't want the full abrasiveness of a nail file. It will fix a nail's rough edge with a very light couple of swipes of the block. The block is a quality product.

Great buffers! I have thin nails and these don’t wear them down. I get a great shine and smooth nail without them becoming damaged.
