I have purchased three bottles of this and only one was not completely oxidized upon arrival. The bottle that did not need to thrown out was directly from the company and even stored in my fridge it is still oxidizing quicker than any serum I’ve seen before. I will use it up but I’m going to go for the SkinCeuticals serum when I finish/have to throw out the bottle.

This is really a 3.5-star product. There is no expiration date on this product. This viscosity of this product feels very thin. I do like that serum has both vitamin C, silymarin complex (which is derived from milk thistle and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, but mainly for the liver) and salicylic acid. Because it has salicylic acid, I have used this product only at night even though the direction on the box recommended to be used in the morning. Personally, I believe that any kind of skincare that contains AHA and BHA acid should always be used at night as I do not want to invite skin discoloration if I were to use it and am exposed to sunlight. I have dry, thin and very sensitive skin. I am also allergic to sunscreen. I have noticed that since I have been using this serum (at night only), that the areas on my face that have some discoloration is somewhat faded (most likely due to the 0.5% salicylic acid) and surprisingly, my skin does not feel dried out. This product is pricey so most likely I will not order again as there are more affordable products out there that has more or less the same results. This product is made in the USA.

This is the only vitamin C serum that I can use that won't break my face out. It leaves my skin smooth and an even tone.

Honestly this product feels like colored water I am putting on my skin. It is very thin--and smells like nothing at all. I can't see it makes any difference at all.

This is a nice option if you are looking for a pure vitamin C serum. Vitamin C is so good for the skin, and while most people use it solely on their face, I like to use it on other parts of my body as well, including my dry elbows, knees, and even my thighs to help with old stretch marks.Vitamin C works great to brighten the skin and it also has great anti-aging benefits. This particular serum is also vegan, fragrance free, cruelty free, and more.If you are looking for a vegan vitamin C serum, this is an option to consider. I have deducted two stars, however, simply due to the price point of $49.99, as this is a small bottle at only 1 ounce.

I don't recommend the Vitamin C + Silym Clarify Serum for blemish-prone skin. Despite its claims, I didn't notice any improvement in my complexion after using it consistently. It just didn't deliver the results I was hoping for. I also think 49.99 for this bottle is kinda overpriced for this results.
