I love how instantly is dissolves.Being from Singapore and used to fresh coconut water I’ve had to settle for canned/boxed here in the us and I have to say it’s pretty close to the real stuff.I only drink and mix mine with SPRING Water.I’m assuming the taste and aftertaste will vary if you’re mixing it in tap or purified or filtered water.Overall great money for value. I can make it anytime any size now at home.And as a breastfeeding mother. It is so hydrating and has helped my milk supply.It’s great quality and I most definitely will be repurchasing.

i have tried just about every coconut water powder available on amazon and this is hands down the best. it actually tastes like good coconut water - not that weird sour plastic flavor that some of the powders have. it also dissolves easily into liquids without clumping like some of the other brands do.

I love coconut water to rehydrate during and after sweating heavily, and as a hangover prevention drink. The cans take up a lot of space, plus use a lot of resources to produce and recycle, so I was very glad to try this powder out for its efficiency of storage and transport.The powder mixes easily with water but doesn't fully dissolve, it leaves a powdery film at the bottom of the cup or tumbler, so I prefer to not use container with straws when drinking this.The flavor isn't quite like canned or carton coconut water, and tastes a bit strange and very strong to me. Does not taste good. Not sure where all the positive reviews came from. Husband agrees it’s gross.

Not good, it tastes more like metal then coconut water.

After reading so many bad reviews about different coconut water powders, I settled on this one. I give it five stars for dissolving well and quickly and room temperature water. The flavor is just a little bit strange, it is hydrating, so it does the job there but not something I would use as a coconut water substitute when fresh coconut water is available.

This Wilderness Poets, Organic, Evaporated Coconut Water Powder mixes really well with cold water and has a great coconut flavor. It's super refreshing and makes a really nice, hydrating summer drink. The Value is Okay!
