I have been using it for 3 days now. & I do feel a lot better.

This item was shipped to my 93 year old mother without any instructions enclosed in the package on how to strap it together.

Smell and no instructions on cleaning

I'd like to see the flannel cloth included that fits the wrap.

Looks fine. Has a funny smell to it. Unable to put on and use Velcro closures without assistance. Once on, the long strap is kind of scratchy to your torso

Straps don’t hold it in place and not as pictured. Don’t waste your money on this.👎

This is my first shoulder wrap, so I have nothing to compare it, but I do love it.Covers, comfortable, elastic straps with Velcro.Cotton inside, mess free outside and washable.I find it easy to put on. I insert the strap for arms before I put it on, and close it with Velcro very loosely. Then I just slide into it, adjust the top shoulder strap around my body to be secure and comfortable, then I tighten around my arm.

Buckles DO NOT stay straight!!

Overall this is a perfect way to use castor oil for your shoulder. I would of liked it to feel a bit more snug on the shoulder/neck area. It looks perfect in the picture but the model isn't really wearing it.

Very difficult to use and uncomfortable
